Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Moving Mountains Soap Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Unused Items
If you receive an unopened, unused item that you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
