Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

When your order goes out

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. We ship via USPS, and delivery times vary based on location and carrier conditions.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Below $50, shipping starts at $6.90 and is calculated at checkout based on your order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Returns & Refunds

Unused items

If you receive an unopened, unused item you wish to return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Opened or used items

Because these are personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
